SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Ensure that your order is correct. Please review your confirmation email after submitting your order. SARNIA PRODUCE  strives to ensure that your confirmation email is accurate. However, your printed invoice represents the final bill.

3. Report any spoiled or missing items as soon as possible. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However during the current COVID-19 crisis, we cannot take back any products once they have left our premises.  All invoices are considered accurate after 14 days.

4. Cancel orders not later than 3 PM one day before your delivery.  Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

5. SARNIA PRODUCE  reserves the right to obtain credit card pre-authorization. All preauthorizations are done one business day before delivery. For more information or concerns regarding this policy, please contact Customer Service. We accept payment by Pre-authorized Payment (PAP) or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

6. You will be charged for your groceries at time of online order whether it is the day of or day before delivery.

7. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account and possibly send it to a collections agency in the event of problems with payment.

8. Disclaimer: Information on products may not be 100% as it appears on the website and that you should check the packages before consuming.
